Hi bloggers, today I will talk about gastronomy and culinary tastes. One of my favorite dishes is “chuletas a lo pobre”. But , what is the recipe? In order to cook this dish, we need a rich center chop or loin chop, 300 grams of potatoes, onion, garlic clove and eggs.
This recipe is one of my
favorites since it is a characteristic dish for my birthday or important dates.
Its mix of flavors makes a perfect mix on our palate.
This food is not very healthy,
since its high percentage of fried foods and fats classify it as a meal that
can be eaten occasionally. But its protein intake from both eggs and meat make
it a good lunch before a multifunctional training.
