College, adult life, and academic overload are and will be difficult situations to handle on a day-to-day basis.
The university is beautiful, it is a dream and it is an achievement. But the curriculum to follow is intense. The density of each of the courses and their respective difficulty create constant stress during the degree
We all seek to change work plans, academic overloads, and even the faculty’sinfrastructures. But I, Yanko Herrera, would NOT change what has been built, but rather improve what is already proposed.
It would generate improvement changes that adjust to the graduation profile of each of the careers, giving emphasis to the subjects that require a solid foundation for the future job.
We need to find a balance between daily life and academic overload. Where both coexist and strengthen each other.
Finally, add that the teaching methods shown and evidenced in pandemic (via online) are adjusted to an optimal path in the transition of the course. Ensuring that knowledge is provided in creative, innovative and effective ways.
[The best student is not the one with the best grades, nor
the one who masters one subject more than others, but the one who can be a
positive and humble leader in their academic development].
