Why Did I Choose My Major?

Hi bloggers

I am Yanko. Today I will talk about my vocational plan and my stages to get to what I study today. In my childhood, I was always a very restless, curious boy who wanted to be a person in which social help was a priority.

I wanted to be so many things, as a policeman, a high-end sportsman or a doctor, the latter to be able to take care of a neighboring granny who did not like taking her medications. At that time, everything was playing and living without worry. But not everything was happiness, adolescence arrived, and not only that, but also new concepts began to sorround me, such as, NEM, Ranking, PSU, and vocation. It was a tough stage, in which I didn't really know what I wanted. I liked mathematics, which for a moment I wanted to be an engineer, as well as chemistry, its reactions and laboratory work. My mind at that moment was totally confused.

I graduated from senior year and without knowing what my destination was, I decided to take a year, it was the best decision to mature, I met, investigated and decided that my purpose of study was chemistry oriented in health and social help. This is where the ideal career was Chemistry and Pharmacy.

After the end of that year, I achieved my goal of studying what I really liked, and during my first academic year I faced it with enthusiasm and good energy. It is a scattered stage but very rich in experience and maturity.

The change is difficult from college to university, but life is only one, and we must face it to grow as a person.
